Cruise on New Years
Has anyone ever been on a cruise on new years?
This year I will be on a cruise ship during New Years Eve and New Years, and I just want to know what its like? Is there an onboard celebration? Does everyone party and get drunk(even the teenagers)?
Im going to be on the Crown Princess on Princess Cruise Lines btw, but any advice/info will help. thanks! 
Yeah grand princess like 10 years ago.. They had a huge champagne waterfall and a balloon drop.. I was only 11 at the time but it was great I got drunk as F*ck.. I might have lost my virginity that night no joke!!

I am sure you will have a great time and it will be a wonderful celebration. I suggest you remain sober since it is a long swim to land if you wander to far on the deck.

Yea I was and it was a lot of fun. and yea most people get pretty tipsy but I got hammered haha
I’m sure you can sneak a few drinks, but my understanding is that Princess is a bit of an older age group. I went on P&O a year ago and it was awesome
There is a celebration. Not everyone gets drunk. Teenagers cannot drink. If they do and they are caught they will be put off the ship at the next port.
I work for them and yes its party time, with all sorts of things organised, so enjoy.
idk but i am going on a cruise new year as well! carnival legend though. can’t wait. i heard there is some partying. some teenagers sneak some drinks. but they don’t get too drunk. have fun, can’t wait!
