I am looking for a christmas present for my parents who live in Boston, is there any cruises or anything there?

I am looking to get them out to do something (doesnt have to be a cruise, but possibly something smiilar) in January, anything in the Boston area for under 0-400. Any ideas?

They have winter dinner cruises. Live band, set menu, unlimited desserts, chocolate fountain.

Cruise ships sail from Boston but not, I believe, in winter months. Many Boston area hotels have weekend room-meals-entertainment package specials, as does Amtrak with similar deals for Acela excursions to New York City.

Actually, I think Norwegian Cruise Lines have a cruise out of New York City. The company provided us with transportation from Providence to the Port Authority in New York. I went on the cruise during a somewhat peak season so it cost me $700 or so.

If that is too expensive, why not get them tickets to a play that is in town and really great seats, followed by a dinner gift certificate.
